Set on the stunning shores of Hollywood Beach, Florida, this day of pride, patriotism, and celebration promises an incredible experience for all. The Beach Experience: Immerse yourself in the beauty of Hollywood Beach’s pristine coastline. Stretching for miles along the Atlantic Ocean, this golden sand paradise is the perfect place to relax, build sandcastles, and enjoy beach games with your loved ones. Bring your beach essentials, a picnic basket filled with tasty treats, and prepare for a day of sun-soaked fun.

Parking and Transportation: Please be aware that heavy traffic is expected, and parking options on the barrier island are limited. City-operated parking garages at Connecticut Street and Nebraska Street will be available at a rate of $30 per space. The Sun Shuttle, operated by Circuit, offers convenient transportation between City Hall Circle, downtown Hollywood, and Hollywood Beach. Download the “Ride Circuit” app to access the shuttle service.
Safety Guidelines: To ensure a safe environment, certain items are prohibited, including alcohol, backpacks, horns, and pets. Additionally, fireworks, sparklers, glass or foam containers, single-use plastics, and barbecue grills are not allowed on the beach and will be confiscated by the police. Public restrooms are available at designated locations.
Beach Access and Traffic: The Hollywood Police may impose restrictions on beach access and traffic flow to maintain safety. Please follow the guidelines provided by the authorities. Note that there will be no trolley service this year, limited access to the barrier island, and no shuttle service. If the beach reaches full capacity, cars will be redirected to an alternate location.
Environmental Conservation: Help preserve the beauty of Hollywood Beach by avoiding single-use plastics and Styrofoam products. Visitors are encouraged to bring reusable items and clean up after themselves. During sea turtle nesting season, respect the nesting habits of these protected species and avoid interfering with sea turtle nests.
