What a great way to spend your Holiday or winter vacation than on Hollywood Beach.
Travel blogger Kayleigh O’Keefe gets it right when she states, “I can best describe Hollywood Beach as funky, rebellious, and unpretentious.” She goes on to accurately describe a picture of the individuals and actives that happen daily at this natural wonder that we call Hollywood Beach Florida.
Kayleigh writes, “I tend to label South Florida as vain, self-absorbed, and narrow-minded. While these observations hold some truth, my day at Hollywood Beach jolted me awake from these long-held assumptions.” and goes on to state, “This place inspires happiness in that each person can enjoy whatever fulfills him or her.”
We couldn’t agree more.
There really is nowhere else like Hollywood Beach and one of the prime reasons is the fabulous Hollywood BroadWalk (and yes it is called broadwalk and not boardwalk…there are no boards). What makes the broadwalk so great?
“Because the broadwalk lines the sand—unlike the shops and restaurants of Ft. Lauderdale that necessitate crossing A1A to enjoy—one can easily drift in between relaxation and solitude of the shore and the company and companionship found in the bars, restaurants, and shops just a few feet west.”
